Antonello’s mother embraced this revolution enthusiastically, supporting and following what became the restaurant’s new regime: maintaining the flavours of traditional dishes wile giving them a contemporary twist to adapt them to today’s more refined tastes and habits.

This “recipe of recipes” made it one of the best Italian restaurants. Its specialities represent a traditional home-style cuisine that owes much of its success to the simplicity and speed with which dishes are prepared.
